The following documents are required to be on file for a child to attend our program.
Please fill out and email completed forms to hadassahbrofman@gmail.com or return to our location.
These must be received no later than August 1st of each school year.

and complete the course to receive the exemption certificate.

Do you have a child who will be 4 by October 1, 2026? You can get up to 60% of your tuition covered!
